Since 1996, Coldplay has evolved into one of the world’s most popular band. Lead singer Chris Martin (as seen above) does a smashing job at involving crowds with Coldplay’s eclectic, energetic performances. Though initially a band featuring sad ballads, Viva la Vida transformed the group into an all-out pop entity. Much of their performances are light, vibrant, and highly entertaining. To date, Coldplay has sold upwards of 100 million records.
