Before Aldridge earned fame by playing with metal god Ozzy Osbourne and later the radio-friendly version of Whitesnake, he was a teenage member of classic rockers Black Oak Arkansas. Aldridge, who taught himself to play and often did so shirtless, is renowned in hard rock circles for his unique style as a double bass drum icon.
