Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond gives a glimpse into the life and mind of Jim Carrey as he portrayed his idol, Andy Kaufman, in the 1999 biopic Man on the Moon. Seeing Carrey’s devotion to the role and the lengths to which he went to accurately portray his idol is eye-popping. We often enjoy films without thinking too much about the work that goes into them, but it is impossible to ignore after watching this documentary.
